Last updated

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bandly’s website, mock exams, and related services operated from Bangladesh. By creating an account or purchasing a pack, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use Bandly. If you use Bandly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Our service

Bandly provides computer-based IELTS-style practice mocks, scoring, and related learning tools. We are an independent preparation platform and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the British Council, IDP, or IELTS.

  • Mock scores are estimates for practice purposes and may differ from official IELTS results.
  • We may update content, features, or pricing with reasonable notice where practicable.
  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

3. Accounts & security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@bandlybd.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Purchases & packs

Paid mock packs are sold as one-time purchases unless otherwise stated at checkout. Attempt credits are consumed when you start or complete mocks according to the product description shown before payment.

  • Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; their terms may also apply.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Sharing account credentials or reselling access to mocks.
  • Copying, scraping, or redistributing exam content without permission.
  • Attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent security measures.
  • Using the service for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.

6. Intellectual property

Bandly and its licensors own the platform, branding, and original content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal preparation. You retain rights to content you submit (e.g. writing responses) and grant us a license to process it to provide scoring and feedback.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bandly and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or BDT 5,000, whichever is greater, unless a higher minimum is required by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using Bandly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required for security or legal compliance. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
